Lunch and Refreshments
A welcome breakfast, refreshments along the route, and lunch at the arrival point, all thanks to the collaboration with local Pro Loco associations and voluntary organizations.
Shuttle
The Committee will provide shuttle buses to take you to the starting point of the descent; your car will be waiting for you at the arrival!
River Safety Team
Thanks to the Committee staff and the collaboration with sector professionals, participants' safety will be guaranteed both on water and on land.

When?

The main descent will take place on the weekend of June 13-14, with the possibility of a makeup date on June 20-21 in case of adverse river conditions.
Where?
From Carnia to Villanova di San Daniele in two splendid stages
The proposed section is one of the most iconic of the Tagliamento, with braided channels and crosses the famous Pinzano Gorge and passes next to the Aonedis Escarpments
How?
How? With own or rented equipment
The Organizing Committee will provide Guides and Instructors and a large fleet of boats and equipment; it will also be possible to descend with your own equipment.

Starting from June 1st, there will be many initiatives to celebrate the King of Alpine Rivers: a photography exhibition, the Palio dei Gommoni (Inflatable Boat Race), Music, and much more!

Who organizes Tagliamento Libero
SCUOLA KAYAK & RAFTING FRIULI - CUS UDINE
A project shared among entrepreneurial entities, freelancers, and instructors of the CUS Udine Canoe Section, which has been involved in teaching and excursions in paddle sports since 2012.
ASD CUS UDINE
A sports association affiliated with the Italian Canoe Kayak Federation (Federazione Italiana Canoa Kayak) and UISP, operating in the Kayak and Canoe sector at a competitive, educational, and excursion level since 2003.
Project leader due to the possibility of including the event as a "federcanoa" (federation-approved) river descent.
